Customer was experiencing issues with the design of a battery housing meant for harsh environments.
Customer need:
The previous design firm failed to provide a satisfactory solution for the customer due to the customer's specific design preferences not being met. The work completed by the previous design firm did not meet the customer's expectations.

Sasken presented a design concept for the customer, which was followed by a detailing process adhering to customers specifications. Within a few months, prototypes were developed for testing and the design underwent refinement to ensure readiness for production.
