We are looking for Sales Manager to sell Sasken services mainly in Finland and other Nordic countries. Main focus will be on SW and HW related development services and complete product developing services including both SW and HW.
Successful candidate has
- sales attitude and understanding of selling methodologies
- understanding of end to end product development
- understanding of program pricing
- capabilities to find prospecting customers
- ability to create value propositions
- ability to lead team responding to complex end to end product development RFI/RFPs
- general technical understanding about different HW and SW technologies
- strong communication and presentation skills, team player attitude
- readiness to travel
- fluent English and fluent Finnish, Swedish and German beneficial
Preferred location is in Finland as our sites are in Kaustinen and Tampere and you need to be ready to spend time in both offices while working with our hardware and software related teams.
